Quilts, comforters and bedspreads all belong to the same basic family. Still, each treat is unique in its own way. In order to keep things simple, let's just focus on duvets and comforters.

The stuffing inside of the quilt can be easily ruined, so usually only the cover is washed. Duvet covers can be washed together with sheets and pillowcases, whereas duvets usually have to be washed or dry cleaned by yourself.
